New investors interested in Belarus’ Great Stone Industrial Park

More than 30 companies are considering residency in the China-Belarus Industrial Park of Great Stone, in the outskirts of Minsk. According to Li Haixin, Director General of Industrial Park Development Company, the investors expressed their strong interest in implementing their projects in the park and signed agreements of intent with Industrial Park Development Company.

So far seven companies from China, Belarus, and Russia have been registered as residents of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone. As much as 350ha of the territory is being developed now. About $90 million has been invested in the project. There are plans to invest about $120 million next year.

The China-Belarus Industrial Park has an area of approximately 80 sq. km with a special legal status for the provision of comfortable conditions for business conducting. The Park is located 25 km far from Minsk in the unique natural complex and in close proximity to the international airport, railway lines, transnational highway Berlin-Moscow.
