“It is necessary to facilitate the procedure for issuing Blue cards for persons from third countries. This can be obtained by dropping a market test for applicants, the applications for Blue Cards to be submitted in one place and shortening the time for their issuance. In order to see a jump in the economy, we should work for people, education and new rules,” said Stamen Yanev, Executive Director of InvestBulgaria Agency.
Rumyana Bachvarova, Deputy Minister and Minister of Interior said that the government has set a target and that is to create conditions to train at least 30,000 experts in high technologies who could be employed in the IT and outsourcing sectors.
