Central and Eastern European cities are climbing up the Top 100 Outsourcing Destinations ranking issued by Tholons, a services globalisation and investment advisory. Poland’s Wrocław jumped by three positions, Warsaw — by two, Prague, Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia, Tallinn, Ljubljana — by one.
Brno in the Czech Republic maintained last year’s position and Serbia’s Belgrade was added to the ranking. Bratislava lost two points and both Kyiv and Lviv (Ukraine) dropped out.
Overall, in the 2015 edition there are as many as 12 location with Kraków on the ninth position not only as the best outsourcing destination in the CEE region but also in the entire continent. The other eleven locations are: Prague (15), Budapest (25), Brno (29), Warsaw (30), Bucharest (39), Bratislava (49), Sofia (51), Tallinn (52), Ljubljana (53), Wrocław (62) and Belgrade (96).
In the last year’s edition of the ranking, the biggest gainers were Wrocław (+10), Kyiv (+5), Bucharest and Warsaw (+4).
