ALSO and Hewlett Packard Enterprise sign new emerging Europe service agreement

ALSO Holding, a Swiss company that offers services at all levels of the ICT value chain, has announced that it has been contracted by Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) to run its sales and services business in Ukraine and Belarus as well as Lithuania as of November 1, 2018. The move signals further ALSO expansion into eastern Europe focusing on markets with growth potential in
line with its MORE strategy.

“We have selected ALSO as our partner for this region based on our long-standing, trusted relationship and together we will continue to deliver HPE’s industry-leading IT solutions and services to the region, with an even stronger experience for our customers and partners,” said Mikko Eerola, managing director, Finland and Baltics, HPE.

ALSO will be running the sales and services business for HPE in Ukraine, Belarus and in Lithuania. ALSO will set up separate legal entities in Ukraine and Belarus as well as Lithuania which will operate independently to sell HPE products and services.

“This agreement represents a new vendor service offering for ALSO within its solutions and as-a-service business models that will unlock extra value for both organisations. We see a great future both in this kind of offering and our expansion into the region. ALSO will be using local experts in the destination markets, to help HPE strengthen its brand. They will be responsible for sales, channel management, services and marketing.
