Swiss airline intelligence provider ch-aviation has announced plans to invest a further two million euros in its Croatian operations over the next five years.

“I am very pleased to say that we are more than satisfied with our investment so far, having recruited more than a dozen highly-qualified colleagues in Croatia,” said ch-aviation founder and CEO Thomas Jaeger. “It was an easy decision to grow our Croatian subsidiary further.”

Operational since 2016, ch-aviation’s Croatian division researches and maintains airline fleet, schedule as well as financial data.

“It is very sad to see so many well-educated Croatians leaving the country and I am really glad we can offer a very good alternative for graduates to stay. The aviation sector will grow tremendously over the next 10 years and I am really optimistic we can build one of the largest aviation data hubs here in Croatia,” ch-aviation Managing Director Max Oldorf added.

ch-aviation was founded in 1998 and is based in Chur, Switzerland. With the new expansion in mind, its Croatian entity is currently hiring airline data researchers, native-English speaking aviation journalists, content and digital marketing managers and client relationship managers.
