The innovative Czech real estate start-up Spaceti has been named the world’s top property technology company.
The award was handed over at MIPIM, the world’s largest property market which gathered companies from all over the world.
“We really are thankful to the customers, partners, and supporters who joined us on our journey to this: our biggest milestone thus far,” said Spaceti CEO Max Verteletskyi. “It’s the result of all the sweat equity our team puts into Spaceti products and our focus on our customer satisfaction. We now look forward to working with new partners, investors, and resellers to expand our property technology globally.”
Spaceti provides an integrated suite of data analytics, smart sensors, and mobile user interfaces to optimise the use of office spaces, increase productivity and the wellbeing of people in buildings.
