Hungarian start up Chameleon has developed the first AI-based smart home system in the world.
The system collects data, analyses it and learns the energy needs of a building, calculating the ideal time for turning heating on and off.
Basic functions include motion sensor, shutter control, remote access, night mode, heating and cooling, lighting control, voice control, music and irrigation.
“There is a growing need for new technological solutions and professionals on the international market,” commented Péter Szarvas, owner of Chameleon Smart Home. “A new profession is on the rise, for example, the so-called smart home technician. These professionals need to get to know the new systems and technologies.”
With that in mind, Chameleon is currently offering internship programmes order to prepare electricians for the jobs of the future.
