Giulio Moreno is Head of Montenegro at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Earlier he serves as the Bank’s Head for Bosnia Herzegovina. He has almost two decades of experience of credit, origination and negotiation of transactions in public/private sector in the Balkans. He worked as an energy sector executive in different position in Italy, Far East and the US. He has a degree in political science and economics from LUISS Guido Carli University.
