Philip Cox is Vice-President of APEV Romania, the Wine Exporters’ and Producers’ Association of Romania, which groups wine exporters of the country, who holding together around 70 per cent of the total Romanian wine export in value terms. He is also commercial director at Cramele Recas, a family owned British-Romanian quality wine estate, founded 1998.
