ComplexDiscovery, a leader in delivering insights on cybersecurity, information governance, and eDiscovery, has launched its Winter 2024 eDiscovery Pricing Survey. This semi-annual, non-scientific Survey aims to illuminate current pricing for key eDiscovery services.
Survey Overview: Benchmarking eDiscovery Costs
Marking the eleventh iteration of the semi-annual Survey that has engaged over 760 participants, the Winter 2024 Survey focuses on pricing for vital eDiscovery tasks like collection, processing, and review. It serves as a benchmark for professionals across cybersecurity, information governance, and legal discovery to evaluate market rates and appraise the value of eDiscovery offerings.
“The ComplexDiscovery eDiscovery Pricing Survey has delivered objective data regularly since 2019, offering law firms and legal departments a reasonable tool to help evaluate and manage eDiscovery costs,” said Kaylee Walstad, EDRM Chief Strategy Officer.
“As legal technology expenses continue rising, this survey serves as a practical instrument for assessing costs and making strategic decisions, ensuring alignment between organizational eDiscovery needs and financial objectives.”
The survey is comprised of 24 multiple-choice questions covering various pricing models and also allows for additional comments to provide subjective insights from diverse professional perspectives.
