Roman Opimakh
Roman Opimakh is Executive Director of Association of Gas Producers of Ukraine. He was the advisor to the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine in the petroleum sector. At the same time, Roman was the Head of the Oil and Gas Division in the Office for Interaction of the President of Ukraine with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Roman graduated from the Kyiv Institute for international relations National Taras Shevchenko University with a Masters diploma. Later, Roman was a H.Humphrey (Fulbright) fellow at Michigan State University.
