Moody’s selects Green Hall business valley for its headquarters in Lithuania

Ratings agency Moody’s has chosen Green Hall business valley for its headquarters in Lithuania. More than 50 staff will be relocating to the top two floors of Green Hall 3 in March 2020. The move comes as Moody’s continues to expand its presence in the country’s capital, Vilnius.

Environmental factors were a major consideration for Moody’s when selecting a new office location in Vilnius because the company is committed to supporting an environmentally sustainable future. Developed by the SBA group’s real estate company, Urban Inventors, Green Hall 3 is an A+ certified office complex, featuring a fully-transparent facade that overlooks the Neris river in Vilnius’s city centre. A smart microclimate control system with geothermal heating that will have virtually no impact on the environment will be installed in the building, where the essential works are expected to be completed by the end of 2019.

The Green Hall 3 business center was designed by Danish architects Ulrik Raysse and Ricardo Paternina from Arrow Architects together with Lithuanian architects from Archinova. Moody’s will move to Green Hall 3 in March 2020 from its temporary office in Workland Didžioji, where it has been based since December 2018.
