The key challenges pinpointed for the next six months include ‘Increasing Types of Data’ (36.62 per cent) and ‘Budgetary Constraints’ (19.72 per cent). Respondents also shed light on their organization’s Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and customer base distribution.
