Summer 2023 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey provides global insights with relevance for emerging European nations and industry professionals

While the majority of respondents are North American, the survey’s findings carry global significance, providing critical insights for eDiscovery professionals worldwide, including those in emerging European nations. 

Key insights from the Summer 2023 survey reveal that 50 per cent of respondents rated current business conditions as Good, with 54.93 per cent expecting improvement within the next six months.

On the topic of revenue, 43.66 per cent anticipate higher segment earnings in the upcoming half year, whereas the majority (56.34 per cent) foresee steady profits for the rest of the year. 

The key challenges pinpointed for the next six months include ‘Increasing Types of Data’ (36.62 per cent) and ‘Budgetary Constraints’ (19.72 per cent). Respondents also shed light on their organization’s Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and customer base distribution. 

“While the Summer 2023 survey has a predominant North American respondent base, its implications extend far beyond, encapsulating a global perspective. This is particularly true for emerging European nations such as Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, among others,” noted a spokesperson for ComplexDiscovery.
