Poland’s Special Economic Zone

Tadeusz Kościński – Poland’s minister of entrepreneurship and technology – tells Craig Turp that the country has fallen into a middle income trap. He explains what his ministry is doing to change that, by promoting trade, FDI and innovation, particularly in declaring the entire country a special economic zone open to investment in new industry.
