About Matteo Colangeli

Matteo Colangeli is Country Head of Albania at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He joined the EBRD Natural Resources team in London in 2005. Before joining the EBRD, he worked at Royal Bank of Scotland in the Debt Capital Markets Origination team and as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen. He holds an MSc in European Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Politics from the University of Sussex.
