For me, food is not just a basic human need but also a cultural act, and the way it is prepared expresses the identity of the people who eat it.
Iulia Dragut
Dr Iulia Dragut is president of the Euro-Est Alternative Cultural Association (ACEEA) and an international culinary judge. She has created a great deal of food-related concepts and projects as well as organised multiple events promoting Romanian Cuisine both in the country and abroad. Prior to her current position and engagements, she worked in public relations. She has an MA in history and a PhD in philosophy from Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
